Colorado Springs
Health Partners knows that convenience and easy access are important
to our patients. We operate out of eleven facilities located in
Colorado Springs Fountain, Monument, and Woodland Park to make
health care easily available to our patients.
The Central
Colorado Springs Health Partners facility, located at 209 South
Nevada in Colorado Springs, is a 55,000 square foot building
constructed in 1965. Having a capacity for approximately 30
physicians, it has been periodically modernized and remodeled over
the past 30 years and continues to serve as a hub facility for the
group. This downtown location includes a complete Clinical
Laboratory, Radiology/Nuclear Medicine Department, Pharmacy, GI
Suite, and houses most of our surgery specialists. The CSHP
Urgent Care Clinic,
with day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours, is located at this
facility.
CSHP's North
Branch, located at 5955 North Lehman Drive is a 15,000 square foot,
multi-specialty facility built in 1978. Located in a populated
suburban area along the Academy corridor, Internal Medicine and
Pediatric physicians serve patients here. Laboratory and Radiology
services are also available.
Opened in
October, 1999, the 17,000 square foot Briargate facility is home to
a comprehensive medical complex, offering Pediatrics, Obstetrics and
Gynecology, and Internal Medicine physician specialties. Lab,
radiology and mammography
services are available at this location as well.
CSHP’s Southwest
Office opened in 2001, and serves patients residing in the show of
Cheyenne Mountain. Multiple specialties including Family Practice,
Internal Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics and Urology
are offered at this location.
CSHP’s newest
location opened on the East side of Colorado Springs in March 2005,
and is expanding as rapidly as this community surrounding it. The
new office is also multi-specialty based, and offers Internal
Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Laboratory and radiology services are also available at the East
location.
