Northwest corner of Fillmore, and Union Boulevard. From I-25 take the Fillmore exit 145, head east approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left at Templeton Gap, take an immediate right into the parking lot. The 1625 address is the southernmost of the two larger medical buildings. From Union Boulevard, take Union Boulevard south to Fillmore, head west and take the first right onto Templeton Gap, then right into the parking lot.
