More About Dr. Kim
Dr.
Kim is committed to research and for the last five years served as the
principal investigator for the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group at the
Oncology Institute of Greater Lafayette. In addition to lecturing at
hospitals and other health care organizations, she was a clinical
instructor at Purdue University/Indiana University Medical School. Dr.
Kim plans to continue her role as a physician leader in the Colorado
Springs community as she becomes involved in educational and screening
programs. Although Dr. Kim treats a wide variety of cancer patients, she
has a special interest in women’s cancers and hematology disorders. Dr.
Kim is married with two children. She enjoys hiking and being outdoors
in the beautiful Colorado Rockies. Dr. Kim is also an accomplished chef
and creates wonderful Korean dishes. She is an active member of her
church and makes an annual trip to Thailand where she works with the
Lahu Medical Mission.
