| Dr. Dawood attended Wheaton College and Elmhurst College, both in Illinois, and obtained a Bachelor of
Science degree in Nursing. Before entering medical school, she was a Registered Nurse in a Cardiac Critical Care Unit and
was a member of Sigma Theta Tau ( nursing honorary society). Dr. Dawood served as a volunteer in Punta Gorda, Belize where
she worked in the village clinic and assisted with rural outreach. She enjoys biking, hiking, painting and travel when she
is not seeing patients. |
