Dr. Pennington's special interests include diabetes, lipid disorders, cardiovascular disease, and sports
medicine. He is a member of the Speakers Bureau for Parke-Davis and has served as clinical investigator for various
studies in diabetes and hypertension. Dr. Pennington is a Colorado Native and his uncle also practiced in Colorado
Springs. His personal interests include: physics, microbiology, chemistry, history and aircraft. He also enjoys
photography, woodworking, gardening, cross country skiing and music. Dr. Pennington's volunteer activity has included the
