The CSHP Urgent Care Clinic is open 365 days a year.
Services are available for immediate medical needs that:
- Cannot wait for a visit to your Primary Care Physician
- Are not life threatening
Appointments are required. The Urgent Care Clinic is not a walk-in clinic. Call 636-2999 to schedule an

Location and Hours
The Urgent Care Clinic is located at 209 South Nevada Avenue. Please see the Central location map for driving directions. CSHP’s Urgent Care is open
365 days a year. Hours are:

| Saturday and Sundays from 9am - 3pm |
| Holidays - hours vary, please call |

Urgent Care staff is available to treat children and adults for:
Illnesses such as upper respiratory infection, pneumonia, ear infections, diarrhea, flu-type symptoms, sore throats, sinusitis, etc.
- Minor injuries: strains, sprains, simple fractures, and back pain
- Rashes, insect bites
- Asthma, shortness of breath
- Migraine headaches
- Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting
- Cuts and lacerations

The Urgent Care Clinic is not equipped to handle serious medical emergencies. For emergencies listed
below, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital:
- Chest pain that is severe and possibly related to a heart attack
- Family Violence: domestic abuse, child abuse, or sexual assault
- Severe facial cuts
- Significant blood loss
- Seizures: new onset and epileptics
- Severe drug reactions
- Stroke
- Poisoning
- Medication overdoses
- Attempted suicide
- Motor vehicle accidents
- Severe fractures or joint dislocations
- Loss of consciousness
- Workman’s compensation
The CSHP Urgent Care clinic does not accept appointments for annual physicals and routine exams. Please contact your Primary Care Physician office for these types
of appointments.
Urgent Care Staff
Urgent Care clinic staff includes a Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner,
as well as additional CSHP primary care physicians and pediatricians on call. Lab and x-ray and
pharmacy services are also available. Our staff will help you to determine whether your symptoms can be addressed when you call for an appointment, and may refer
you to another facility.
