Our Locations

Colorado Springs Health Partners knows that convenience and easy access are important to our patients. We operate out of eleven facilities located in Colorado Springs, Fountain, Monument, and Woodland Park to make health care readily available to our patients.

The Central Colorado Springs Health Partners facility, located at 209 South Nevada in Colorado Springs, is MOVING to our facilities at 1633 and 1625 Medical Center Point. This downtown location has been a central hub for many years, but inorder to better serve and meet the growing needs of our patients, the move to Medical Center Point is a necessity. Our new “Central” location will be home to many of our specialties including Dermatology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Pulmonology, Radiology, Rheumatology, Urology and our Urgent Care Clinic, which is open weekends and holidays throughout the year.

Opened in November, 2009, the Briargate facility is CSHP’s newest and “greenest” building, offering Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Internal Medicine physician specialties. Lab, radiology, anti-coagulation and digital mammography services are available at this location as well.

CSHP's East location opened March 2005, and is expanding as rapidly as this community surrounding it. The office is also multi-specialty based, and offers Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology. Laboratory and radiology services are also available at the East location.
