| Dr. McConnaughy is a member of the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association and the American Kidney Foundation. He has professional interests in Geriatric Medicine and non-invasive Cardiac Rehabilitation. He is also the recipient of the Daughters of American Revolution Scholarship. He has spent much of his professional career volunteering with the American Cancer Society and served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. Dr. McConnaughy is married with 3 adult children and relocated to Colorado Springs from the Washington D.C. area. He enjoys most outdoor sports, ballroom dancing, travel and playing banjo and harmonica. |
