Beverly continually told me during the visit how knowledgable she was, where she had worked previously and all she knew about MS itself although she 'had seen few MS patients where she was now. I do not know where my Neurologist went, but Beverly indicated he left due to 'money issues' and there were no more neurologists in the building, and no more urologists and the cardiologists were going to be leaving soon. She did a thorough exam, gave me some info that was helpful, but indicated that I had MS in my spine. I have NEVER heard that and question whether it is based on my latest MRI or her interpretation after seeing me walk. I would much prefer to see Dr. Thomas McDonald.

Beverly always provides useful information and listens to my concerns. When giving injections she makes sure I'm in as little pain as possible. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Beverly is a great PA and I like seeing her the best at this facility. She did still see me and addressed my concerns about the terrible process I had getting into my appointment. I was so upset I forgot to talk about some concerns which is by no means her fault. Thankfully she did address the situation. She even came down with me and when I showed her the nurse I am sure it was the gal lied. There was only one skinny blonde nurse there. All 4 were busy and I believe the others gave proper instructions since they got upset and the one stayed quiet at first. I was ready to go home since I had received injections and didn't want to listen to her back pedal. Hopefully the check in process goes better and the people giving reminder calls have a better idea now and can warn people before their appointment. After calling twice and being 45 minutes late because of this stressed me and my providers. Please look into the check process if this hasn't been done.
