Feedback already provided. Her focus was I had a cough. I only had a cough because I had sinus drainage for several days and my ears were in extreme pain and I had a raspy voice, but that was not her focus, just my cough and I felt that she was trying to get me to say symptoms that I did not have
I was sent to the ED for additional diagnostics that the clinic could not provide.
Excellent care 5 stars across the board
Very professional
She made the appropriate referrals.
Megan talk me through procedure which helped tremendously!
good experience o ce I got in with her
Nice Job by my Provider.
Megan was thorough in her explanation and she listened and answered my questions. it was after that things fell apart. the summary report was incorrect in noting a prescription, exercises to help my condition and a referral for physical therapy. it took me 3 follow up calls to get the prescription called in. the first time I called I noted the pharmacy to use and the prescription was then called into a pharmacy in a different state. There were several issues with communication regarding the prescription. it took 2 phone calls and 2 notes to the provider to get the physical therapy referral completed. it was not just an issue with Megan's follow up but also with the communication between the people taking messages and the office receiving them.
Megan did a great job listening to my daughters concerns
Megan bartusek was exceptional! She took time and was friendly! She handled all my scripts for the assisted living facility I'm in! there was about 10!
I want to find out more about Metformin as there are many recommendations, both from fellow Diabetics and websites, to get off of Metformin (identified with Dementia with long usage). I have a follow-up call to make with questions, including Metformin, but also vasopressin deficiency, L-Taurine supplement, Gymnema, and Banaba (to break down carbs).
She did a great job and took her time with me ,even noticed on my record that i should have another pheumonia shot.
She was awesome
