Learn about our survey
Dr Conner is a very professional and caring doctor
Nothing much could be done for my feet medically, so new orthopedic shoes was best solution
Takes time to explain/educate regarding my injury. Attentive, listens, does not "dismiss" my concerns.
This is the only time I saw Dr. Conner and although he is a very friendly doctor, he didn't do anything so I have nothing to compare him to. However I will see him again if necessary.
He addresses my issues and concerns and his surgical ability is outstanding.
Nice and friendly.
Poor bedside manner, condescending, not helpful.
Knowledge and professional
He is professional, friendly, explains in detail what the problem is and how it should be treated.
I like his professional and friendly attitude.
The consultation I had with him was short but sensitive. He also gave me a couple options I could take.
Expected to have my toe nails trimmed and remove corn, while did not happen, only explained what caused the callus on ball of foot.
Very professional. Ensured I understood my situation and felt like he cared about me as a patient
Dr. Conner was very good with his explanation of what my options of care should be with my issue's and how best we should proceed at this time. I found it to be very good advice and hope that it helps to lower the pain level in time.
This survey needs the option to select N/A if a question does not apply to your situation. I am giving high marks just because I don't want to count off for something that doesn't apply.
I found dr connor very cold and not giving me answers that would help me. I needed my nails cut because I am a diabetic and he said the nail clinic was closed and the tech took all supplies. And he is a podiatrist without any tools? I will be looking for a new podiatrist as I dont care for his bedside manner.
Dr Conner needs to obtain a nail tech. He hasn't had one since COVID began. I am a diabetic and I'm [omitted]. Medicare pays for me to have my nails cut every 62 days. I've had to rely on nail salon to cut my nails for the past year. Even they were closed for months. I am afraid the nail salons will cut me toes and cause me wore problems due to being a diabetic. I think other podiatrist there in the same clinic have nail techs. Can't all the podiatrist in the clinic share the same nail tech instead of each doctor having their own? I'd just like to get my nails clipped by a podiatrist office Vice a nail salon. Thanks!
Dr Conner is amazing. He has done surgeries on my foot and achilles over the years. I know I can always see him with any concern I have with my foot. He remembers me as a person and patient. His care is genuine and honest. He doesn't prescribe or suggest any unnecessary procedures.
Dr Conner is always very comforting, and explains any questions I have about my feet.
i think doctor conner is great just wish he had been my doctor from the very first when i hurt my foot.
