Optum offers laboratory services at many of our locations for patient care and convenience. Should you require laboratory services, your provider will make a referral to our Laboratory Department. Please note that results may take up to 7-10 days to process. When waiting for results, please wait until after the ten days have passed to contact us. This will avoid delays in processing your information. You will be notified of the results by phone or in writing once your provider has received them.
